The location is great when visiting Duluth for a show. The workers all seemed nice, although it took them a while to greet us when we walked in even though no one else was standing there (awkward). Parking right on site without having to navigate a parkade was lovely. The lobby and common areas were clean and appeared in good repair. Our room on the other hand was outdated and a little rough shape…. and stunk (like sweat and musty).

Perfect location for our needs as we were intown for an event at the arena. Hotel was clean and front desk staff was friendly. Hallways smelled a bit musty but its winter. Didn't use the pool but the lounge area overlooking the water was great! The continental breakfast was terrible, still not sure what the "hashbrowns" were... overall nice hotel but skip free breakfast amd go out to eat.
