When we arrived for our 2-night stay in a 2-bedroom suite, the beds were made, but rest of room had not been cleaned. Floors were dirty with old food on kitchen floor, old coffee still in pot (growing mold), fridge was dirty, and oven totally disgusting. The garbage can was filthy with splatters on the wall where it sat. One of the toilet seats was ready to come off, and tp almost out. Little to no shampoo, conditioner, soap in shower dispensers. Fireplace didn't work, and no remote to be found for the living room tv. Key cards were sketchy in all locations. Even the elevators and hallways were extremely dirty. Key cards were sketchy in all locations needed (room, elevator, and pool). We had six for our family and at one point all 6 quit working. We reported room issues to front desk, and they sent housekeeping in. Head of housekeeping very apologetic. Front desk assistant managers seemed rude and indifferent with never an apology. At one point one promised our rooms to be comped, but a different manager said no, they wouldn't do that. The first night they shut down the pool and hot tub at 9:30 with no explanation why. After being out in the cold that evening, we were looking forward to the advertised 'adult hour' at 10 pm. The attitude of the front desk personnel makes us believe that this is just the way it is all the time, that they hear these complaints all the time, and they are doing nothing to change it. We will never stay here again.

Terrible sevice, wouldnt recommend.
Staff were not friendly at all. Breakfast worker acted like she was inconvenienced that we were there. Didnt even say hello or good morning back. Had trouble getting the elevator to work as you needed to punch in your room number then slide your key. Cleaning staff just stared at us, rudely didnt offer any help and we ended up taking the stairs up to our 4th floor room. Lots of patching done in the room and stains on the couch. Pool and hot tub needed cleaning, lots of silt/debris on the bottom of the pool & hot tub along the edges. On the last morning there was no water. Couldnt shower or flush toilets, gross. When checking out, staff not friendly, when we commented about no water they stated a pipe burst. Which i get happens but no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Didnt even thank us for staying or tell us to have a good day. Askes us if wanted a receipt then handed it and turned away. What happened to providing customer service and saying a simple thank you. Had to pay $300 through Hotels.com yet our receipt stated total room charge was $199.98. So, who keeps the extra $100 we got charged for?!!! Wouldnt recommend this place due to poor service alone. Room itself was quirky but ok despite lots of patching on walls and stains.

The check-in was miserable. It seems that Hotels.com garbled the name and email on the reservation sent to the hotel. The hotel staff was unable to cross reference the hotels.com ref. #. Even after showing them multiple emails stating that I indeed had a reservation, the hotel staff was reluctant to give us our room. The staff was rude and unhelpful. It’s beyond me to understand how the hotel staff could not use deductive reasoning to figure out that someone with an email confirmation, that had a name for that reservation that only differed by the first name, who was checking in for this reservation at 10pm at night, there hadn’t been anyone with the exact name check in yet, that maybe..just maybe, that you were speaking to the patrons that reserved that room. Finally the staff had an epiphany to ask for the four digits of my credit card and voila! The 3W bulb illuminated and I was in! All joking aside, it was a miserable experience and I paid $300+ to boot for one night. Please work on doing better.

If I hadn't been so ill, I would have demanded another room or walked out. Ordinary maintenance details in the main entry were neglected. Only one person working the check in desk on a holiday eve. Children and dogs misbehaved in the area that was lipsticked with a holiday tree. The hallway to our room was freezing cold, the air return was bringing in frigid air. Under the thin carpet, the hallway floor was uneven, a stumbling hazard. Our "suite" was in terrible, dirty condition. The kitchenette was cobbled together; the microwave too small for its alcove, only one 1/2 sheet paper towels on the roll. There was not enough dinner ware or flatware to serve 4 people the room was supposed to accommodate. The flatware was flat; less fine than school cafeteria ware. The furnishings were unattractive and not put to good or comfortable use. The lighting in the room was an over brilliant glare that could not be dimmed. The only other lighting came from the cookstove hood that was merely a covered fan and did not vent the room. A table lamp light lit the bedroom. The huge window chilled it. The room was gloomy with the shade pulled. The blanket that was delivered had 20" black hairs on it. To keep warm, the thermostat was set to 77. The bathroom and bedroom doors were splattered with dried white drops. The grout in the tile floor was dirt stained. The toilet would not flush until my partner fixed something in the tank. The bathroom did not have a working fan.

They condo was not ready by check-in and it was dirty when we got in and they didn’t leave us any wash cloths any we had to ask for a change of sheets because the sheets were visually dirty. It is too bad that they didn’t do a better job because the condo set up was great.
