Bed was very uncomfortable. Heat was on and set to 70 degrees, but room consistently stayed at 64 degrees. Clanging in the overhead pipes that lasted all night. Would not stay here again.

We had no need to drive anywhere. Staff amazing, friendly. Clean room and bedfing, bathroom clean and clean towels etc also living area really neat. Breakfast something for everyone. More than enough choices to eat. Just the room next to us really noisy women and men. Other than that a good choice to overnight. We had a suite with a view on the William A Irvin ship. Weather was perfect. The lift bridge was the highlight when we watched a ship from Canada coming in.

Really old property that is banking on their location in central Canal Park to make up for not having updated the hotel in 40 years. Severely understaffed, slightly dirty, and by far the worst breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. It’s fine if you need a suite or kitchenette but I wouldn’t stay here again.

For the price we paid, we were disappointed. Our “suite” had a kitchenette, and a pull out couch. Our room was musty and had a peculiar odor. Turning on the AC helped with the strange odor. Breakfast had a selection of items, beds were comfortable.

We liked the location but for the price the rooms were extremely tired , mold on ceiling in bathroom, room was dusty, mice droppings in bathroom. Seemed extremely understaffed. Parking lot that was for hotel guests wasn't being monitored, many cars that were not supposed to be parked in there were. Watching drug deals happening in the hotel lots with non guests was more than concerning. We didn't bring it up to staff as they seemed over worked. Most likely will not stay at this hotel again

Room was spacious but was in disrepair, unpainted plastered over holes in walls, walls were dirty. Bed was mediocre. Potential to be a nice set of rooms with some cleaning, refurbishing and new bed. Also entrance to lobby smells awful.

Arrived and were told that the room was clean and ready. Given the keys and upon entering the room it was still untouched from the previous guest, needs unmade and garbage laying around. Went to the front desk and were told that her computer says it was cleaned so she wasn't sure what was going on. We were told to return after 4 and it should be ready. Upon return it still was not cleaned so the front desk moved us to a different room. The first bed was completely broken. The second bed had sheets with obvious stains. There was hair on the toilet seat and on the shower wall. The TV in the living area was missing it's power cord. The only positive was the view of canal park.

I haven’t stayed here in many years. It needs serious updating in rooms. Stayed in inner room with no windows. Was very dark and did not expect a handicap shower with very small bathroom with a small sink area with hardly any room to put things on vanity. Beds were squeaky when getting up out of them or turning over.

Took over two hours to actually get into a room.had to go up and down 5 times before they realized my key wasn’t working because the battery was dead on the lock.

Overall it was average. The person at check in was alone and the line was long. We waited 20 minutes in line. I felt bad for her. The layout is weird for rooms Elevators required a key card and it took an act of god for one to work One last thing... the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were moldy.
