This is a nicely remodeled house. It was clean (though it should be for the cleaning fees charged), with a well appointed kitchen, good internet connection, great soaker tub, & comfy beds.
However, I think the host needs to think about a guest’s perspective. There is ABSOLUTELY NO signage on the street on a somewhat busy road. How are guests suppose to find it?? It was getting dark when we arrived. We actually pulled over in the bike lane so I could walk the street to find the house. There is an address on the garage, but one needs to drive up the hill in the driveway to spy it as it is more a tone on tone color. Not really seen from the street. The motion sensor flood light on the house doesn’t work lighting up the somewhat broken sidewalk. The automatic lock system works eventually, with a few tries.
I would also suggest the host look at purchasing 3 hotel style luggage racks for the minimally furnished 3 bedrooms. Guests won’t need to keep lifting suitcases onto the bed to rummage through them.
