Check in was good, but when trying to take a shower, in a handicapped bathroom the stool was all bent so I didn’t even use it, but there was no slip mat or anything on the bathtub and my husband took a shower and nearly fell several times and had to hold onto the hand bars to clean, and then the same happened to myself. And when I told the receptionist at checkout he blamed it on her cleaning staff using cleaning supplies. No apology or concern at all. It was not a cleaning staff issue it was a blatant disregard for safety on the hotels part. I worry someone else will get hurt badly because of this. I do not recommend this hotel. Especially for someone with disabilities. (Which my husband and I do not have and nearly came dangerously close to injuries from the run if we had not been able to catch ourselves) beware!

Everything was good, except for one thing... I really need more than a sheet and a super thin blanket at night. Otherwise, it was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly.

I visited from out of state and drove across VA staying in many hotels and by far this one was my fave! Staff was awesome and breakfast was delicious the chef def cared bout their job! The room was clean and spacious.. only complaint bathroom is a lil small but still good and shower curtain a little small so shower leaked a little bit. I 100 percent am now a best western fan and will be coming back to this location my next visit. Thank you!

Nice enough, but no hairdryer in room. We called the front desk and they said they would bring one but never did. Breakfast was nice but coffee machine not working. We chose this place because it was one of the cheapest in the area. I would recommend springing for something a little nicer if you can.

Management is poor at addressing guests concerns, poor people skills and does not solve issues. I felt like I wasted my money and time here after all the inconvenience I’ve experienced. I had to change hotels and took my business elsewhere.
