Ferienwohnung mit einigen Tücken
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und recht spartanisch. Die kleine Couch ist für maximal 2 Personen geeignet - schlecht, wenn man zu viert anreist. Direkt vor dem Objekt ist der Müllplatz, wo bei unserem Aufenthalt überall Verpackungen rumflogen und Unordnung herrschte - bei über 30° eine besonderes Geruchserlebnis... Parken ist ebenfalls ein Problem. Der in der Anzeige abgebildete Parkplatz ist mit größeren Autos nicht befahrbar (Durchfahrt zu schmal und am Steilhang) und am Ferienhaus ist sonst überall Parkverbot (wegen dem Müllplatz)! Wenn beide Wohnungen vermietet sind, kann sowieso maximal einer auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen - wenn er sich da rauf traut. Der Grillplatz ist ein Witz (und nicht benutzbar- weil eingewachsen und kein Rost vorhanden) Die Einzelbetten im "Kinderzimmer" sind maximal für Personen mit Körpergröße von 1,55m geeignet und alles in der Wohnung ist stark abgenutzt. Die elektrische Anlage lässt nicht zu, dass mehr als ein größerer Verbraucher am Netz ist (bei einer Herdplatte + Kaffeemaschine kommt bereits die Sicherung). Direkt neben den Schlafräumen ist im Abstand von 2m eine Schafherde, die ordentlich auf sich aufmerksam macht. Einige Abdeckungen an den Steckdosen fehlen, die Fliesen auf unserer Terasse waren locker , ein Liegestuhl kaputt, am oberen Balkon kommen Leisten herunter usw. Die wunderschöne Umgebung lässt einen die Unzulänglichkeiten zwar etwas vergessen- Weiterempfehlung aber negativ!

Sehr schmutzig. Mäusekot im bad
Am 2. Tag abgereist. Wohnung total dreckig, grill stelle im garten kaum zu sehen unter angesammeltem laub. Das alles möchte keiner benutzen. vermieterin dazu auch noch unfreundlich. Leider waren unsere ferien schon am zweiten tag beendet.

Schöne,aber etwas abgelegene Unterkunft
Die FeWo ist süß, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war sie abgelegene vom nächsten Dorf, ohne Auto also kein Restaurant erreichbar. Wer das will, ist hier richtig.

Einfach mit herrlichem Blick auf dem großen Balkon auf den Lago Maggiore
Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet bietet jedoch alles was man braucht.Zu viert muss einer auf einem Ausklappbett schlafen auf dem Boden. Der große Balkon und die Aussicht sind wunderschön. An die Gittern vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster musste ich mich gewöhnen, das war nicht schön. Es ist herrlich ruhig und der Blick auch am Abend vom Balkon wunderbar. Die Fahrt zum See ca.20Min. Die Wohnung kann ich wirklich empfehlen auch mit Hund gut geeignet.

Wer einige Fahrminuten auf z.T. engen Strassen in Kauf nimmt, kann hier, abseits von Touristentrubel eine gemütliche, mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattete FEWO nutzen.

Alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung vorhanden! Sehr große Terrasse mit Seeblick. Der See ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar (ca. 20min Auto fahrt)

Mit eingen Abstrichen - okay
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin funktionierte gut. Zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein. Die Terrasse ist schön groß, und sie hätte einen gigantischen Blick, wenn da nicht ein Baum davor stehen würde. Und eben diesen würde man abbrennen, wenn man den Grill benutzen könnte, aber das geht nicht, weil kein Grillrost da ist. Die Gartenmöbel sind extrem schmutzig und mit Spinnweben überzogen - also kein Barbecue. Die Wohnung ist oberflächlich sauber und hat eine gute Größe. Beim Herd sind nur 2 der 4 Platten gleichzeitig benutzbar ( und während dessen kein anderes Elektrogerät) sonst fliegt die Sicherung raus ?! Der Kühlschrank ist klein, max.2 Tage Bevorratung für 2 Personen. Die " Einrichtung " ,besonders in den 2 Schlafzimmern ist grenzwertig. Kopfkissen und Decken gelb und übel riechend. Also 2 Wochen ohne geschlafen. Auf der hinteren Matratze ist ein großer Blufleck und kein Sichtschutz am Fenster. Einige der Lampen sind defekt und ein bisschen neue Farbe wäre auch nicht schlecht. Wir haben uns arrangiert, der See ist ja schön.
