Built partially from local sandstone typical of the town's Victorian era, this 2 floor apartment is located in a beautiful part of Dumfries town.
Centrally located in a desirable area and within easy walking distance to the bars, restaurants and clubs in Dumfries town center.
GROUND FLOOR
Enter the property to a lovely hallway with room for boots & umbrellas.
The open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area is spacious and welcoming. The sitting area has plenty of comfortable seating and wood burner for cooler days and is the perfect space for relaxing in front of the TV after a fun filled day exploring everything our beautiful region has to offer, or (if you still have the energy) for family games night!
The dining area has a table and chairs with more than enough room for 4 guests to enjoy a light lunch or full evening meal.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from a light breakfast to a 3 course evening meal, you will find everything you need at hand. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee from the Nespresso coffee maker.
There is a downstairs bathroom for convenience with WC, basin and full walk in shower.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1:- Cosy and beautifully decorated with a super comfortable double bed for a great night sleep, this bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2:- Again beautifully presented, this room also has a double bed.
Main bathroom:- The main bathroom has a full bath, WC & basin and over bath shower.
The apartment is perfectly located and is an ideal base for exploring Dumfries & Galloway, with the best of both worlds, there is the convenience of being centrally located to shops, bars and restaurants but within both walking and driving distance to a multitude of cultural, historic and fun attractions throughout the region.
There is dedicated parking at the rear of the property with additional free on street parking.
