I very rarely comment on anything - good or bad - but felt compelled to in this case, as I would not want anyone to make the mistake of staying here. Our room was absolutely filthy. Everything had a layer of grime, the beds had hair, random dirt or crumbs in them, the bathroom had garbage on the floor and clumps of hair, strong smell of urine and the tub was really dirty…we wouldn’t even shower in it with flip flops on! We just needed a place to crash, so we didn’t shower, slept in our clothes on top of the covers and got the heck out of there as early as possible in the morning!! Don’t stay here!!!

I called ahead and asked for first floor room which staff first said they couldn’t do. This was in late afternoon. However they did find one for us when we arrived for which I was grateful since there is NO elevator at this property. There is coffee and cold cereal in morning but plenty of other eating places around. Hotel room very dirty—clearly hadn’t been cleaned well—found trash on floor. However it was quiet and all staff pleasant and helpful.

The property was ok but was nothing like the pictures. A little run down needs better pillows and phone in room did not work. But if you are looking for just a place to lay your head it was ok.

Good for one night
An inexpensive room for the night in Dundee. Check in very friendly. Room overall was clean, except for what appeared to be black mold around the sauna/shower and toilet. Did not do 'breakfast'. For the price, it did the job.

Decent place to stay. Outdated but they do a pretty good job keeping up on things. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love that the place is very dog friendly. Convenient to highway. A lot of good restaurants nearby and shopping. Beds are comfortable.

The room was great. The staff was very helpful. It was nice to have donuts and cereal in the morning. I work at a hotel, and i understand the some things the staff have no control over. The only thing that i didn't like, having to stand outside to check in. What are you gonna do when it gets cold? Late at night, we lock our doors too. But, when there's a customer calls, or knocks on the door to check in, we let them in. I wouldn't want to stand outside during winter at night if i didn't have to. Do you still make customers stand stay outside to check in? I'm not trying to bash you guys, I'm just curious. Room was clean. I got the deluxe suite. It surprised me with 3 beds. There were 4 of us and, and only 2 of us are together. My friend brought an air mattress 2 gotten needs and 1 king. Very nice.

We were greeted with the room door that was stuck and difficult to open. Then, the room was very stuffy. The A/C never did cool off the room, very humid! The bathroom was run down. Door and doorframe were scratched and worn. The tub needs replaced, it was very grungy/worn. The sink counter was worn/old. ☹️

My stay was great. The only recommendation uh e is do something to fix the floor in the tub/shower. It is so slippery I almost fell. I had to puts towel on the tub/shower floor to keep from shipping.

Super Friendly front desk staff. We stayed in Room 215. The Bathroom had Black Hair on Toliet Ring, Sink and Bathtub and Floor. We just cleaned it up no problem. Strange that the Bathroom vent is in the shower ceiling and appeared to be plugged and did not work. That was odd as i have never seen a exhaust fan in the Shower/ bath tub ceiling. I kept wondering thats electric 😕 but it did not work so the Bathroom has no vent. The TV did not work at all. We called front desk and the told us the steps to fix it on day 1. But, it didn't work. Day two the staff came down to fix it and couldn't fix it either. So, we used our phones for tv. Mattress was ok. Bed sheets were ok but the blue dust ruffle was gross There is no elevator so we had to carry our bags up two sets of steps. Our room rate was $266. For 2 nights checked out 9-22-2024. Honestly, the Staff is Awesome. We did not request a credit or anything and did not complain. Again the bed was ok and the most friendly staff ever!

The staff here was very nice, the hotel is in a good location and is very close to fast food restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were basic and weren't the prettiest but for the price it makes up for it. We stayed here for the race weekend at Michigan International Speedway which is about 45 minutes away and about a half hour away from Ann Arbor. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back some day.
