Comfortable, clean and in good location near bus stops, Countdown supermarket and Octagon. If skin lotion and magnifying mirror were provided, it would be even better for me personally! I would stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel fairly late in the day and left early the next morning so didn’t spend much time in the room. Everything was self service but the instructions were very clear and everything was simple. Location was wonderful…very close to many shops, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend.

When we booked this property did not realize it was a self serve style with no check in or concierge staff, unless you messaged or called them. The property was spotless, room was beautiful and comfortable. Instructions provided via email were clear though one had to read the details. The welcome manual was also useful (read this and found the utensils). We will recommend this property to others for sure.

My partner and I are had travelled from Canada and it was our first time in Dunedin and New Zealand in general. We stayed in "The Loft" at The Chamberson for 3 nights and we could not have been more pleased with everything. The apartment was large and very stylish, the kitchen was fabulous, bed extremely comfortable and the location could not be beat. We would highly recommend staying at The Chamberson and if we travel back, we will definitely stay there again!!

A super convenient location on Stuart Street but also surprisingly quiet. The apartment was very comfortable and well kitted out and we hope to come back to Dunedin and stay again.

Great hotel, terrible carpark
Great hotel with large rooms, separate sitting / dining area. The only issue was the carpark with so little space to get in/ out, my husband ended up scratching the car on the side while trying to get out with a hefty insurance excess to pay. Very disappointing after having such a great time at the hotel.
