Relax and enjoy the sunshine and peace overlooking the valley in this cute and stylish villa. Centrally located, close to the best of everything Dunedin has to offer without the noise and chaos of downtown. The villa has two Queen bedrooms, an office if you need to work and lots of extras like a coffee machine, two TVs with Netflix, playstation, newly renovated bathroom with gas hot water, 2 heatpumps/air conditioners to keep cosy in winter and cool in summer, plus its own off-street parking.

Great place to stay
Excellent property and host. Quiet but convenient location. Beautifully clean, comfortable and tidy. It was wonderful being able to bring our two dogs as well. (The property isn’t fully fenced so do think about keeping your pets on lead outside) Would definitely recommend, and will happily return.
