It was well organised, had all required utensils In the room. The only thing that was little offbeat was non sound proofing, the next door people kept talking loud and could hear their snoring later.....rest all was good.

The room had a very chemical smell to it which the operators claim was from the cleaning of the sheets (it wasn’t) The heating did not work in one room and was on a 2 hour timer in the other rooms which when asked about we were told you need to keep switching on; including in the night - yes you are expected to wake up every 2 hours to reset the heating to keep the rooms warm in Dunedin in the middle of winter. Clearly they have no real respect for guests and I would never recommend this property to others and will not be staying again

One of the best holiday parks i have been to. Hot water is not metered or coin operated. Our tv room was small and comfortable with sleeping for 5. I was amazed such a small room could hold 5 comfortably but it does. And the room designs are cool. Only thing i would have liked was security stay on the bottom window so we could open at night for fresh air circulation. The top open window is not enough when 4 people breathing in and out all night. But as far as holiday parks go this was great and so close to the beach. Also we paid for 3 sets of linen but only got two...but we did not follow up...And i need a copy of my invoice please Expedia.
