Very noisy at nightime, the room service wasn't available, gym average as some equipment out of service, the water in the bathroom was very hot which was dangerous for kids. Would not recommend 😕

Good city hotel, clean and comfortable
We had a two bedroom apartment, which was clean, well equipped and comfortable. WiFi in the bedroom was slow, better in the lounge. We were near the laundry which was noisy but finished before 10pm. The location was excellent, walking distance to the city centre, but there was some city noise outside in the early morning (not the hotel’s fault). Parking was useful, if a bit tight for our large hire car. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was nice, but the continental was disappointing - the pastry selection was just a small plate of supermarket croissants. I’d recommend eating in town instead - the Corner Store cafe was very good.

The hotel was conveniently located but there was an incident where the whole floor was awaken at 2:30 am by some random person knocking in all the doors. This was scary as the person came back to my door after knocking in all the doors.
