Fig Tree is a gorgeous Harbour Island villa with a large private garden area and stunning heated pool. The home was built in the 1960's, and the property is known as one of the best on Harbour Island. The house was renovated top to bottom in 2023 with luxury interiors, fully updated technology (including fast wifi!), and stylish design. Fig Tree is a luxe tropical paradise that offers all of the modern comforts of home, but embraces the classically chic Bahamian vibe of Harbour Island!
This three-bedroom, three-bath beach house sits on a large property graced with swaying palms, lush greenery, an outdoor kitchen & bar, a cozy fire pit area, and a sparkling heated pool. The property is fully-fenced offering complete privacy. It is located one block up from Valentine’s marina on the corner of Dunmore & South streets. The nearest beach access is a quick golf cart ride over the dunes at Juicy Hill. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach cooler are available for your use at the house.
The maximum occupancy at Fig Tree House is 8 adults, but we can accommodate up to 10 guests if two or more are children. (There is an additional charge of $75 per night for each guest in excess of 8 guests.) Fig Tree's three bedrooms feature sleeping arrangements as follows:
Master Suite: King bed with en-suite full bath.
Guest Suite: King bed with en-suite full bath.
“Kids” Suite: Two queen beds and one day bed with a trundle, with an en-suite full bath.

Kitchen - modern appliances including refrigerator with freezer, gas range, oven, wine cooler, beverage cooler, dishwasher, conventional coffee maker, fully-equipped cooking tools for every level of chef, breakfast bar, outdoor gas BBQ grill.
Living room - seating for 10, wood-burning fireplace, TV with cable & amazon firestick, sonos sound system, fully-equipped dry bar, assorted board games, puzzles & playing cards. Indoor dining & outdoor dining - seating for 10.

Outdoor Recreation - Beach chairs, umbrella, beach coolers, bocce ball set, assorted sand toys and shovels, boogie boards for your use while staying at Fig Tree.
