"Lisa is a kind and attentive host and even got us into the cottage a little early after we unexpectedly made good time on our drive.The cottage is well-situated and outfitted with everything you may need for a short or longer stay; frankly, I was a little jealous of the kitchen appliances. My husband loved the wood furniture so much that Lisa connected us with her uncle who made them. We visited the uncle and ended up buying several pieces for our home! We were in the area for skiing and to explore Collingwood, and the cottage was a short drive to all of our destinations. There is a convenience store and a specialty items store just down the road in case you forget the basics or are looking for special treats.After a day in the snow, we loved going back to the comfortable couch, warm fireplace, and Netflix on the TV.We will definitely be back when we visit the area again!"
