It was ok, not as described on hotels.com ,said it was a b&b, but there was no breakfast, disappointed, hairdryer blew out cold air so couldn't dry my hair, the only good thing was that it was dead centre of the duomo, for that I couldn't fault, but overall wasn't what I was expecting.

Comfortable honeymoon stay
We had a nice stay at the B&B Emozioni Fiorentine during our honeymoon. Our room was very comfortable, and the B&B is in a very popular, walkable area. However, the breakfast piece was lacking.

This isn’t a B&B, coffee facilities very poor. Hairdryer only blows out cold air. Does have a fridge. Very noisy.

Really good location and amenities, easy to access all tourist attractions by foot. Advice and tips given by the owner were very helpful and much appreciated even for food. Only downside was heating was not on, so a bit chilly for our stay.

First time I've stayed in a hotel without permanent reception but it was perfect. Our flight was delayed and they coped brilliantly. Room was great, facilities brilliant and location is perfect. I couldn't have wanted more.

The room was quiet and very close to everything we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful. We had no view out our window. that was very disappointing since the pictures looked so beautiful. We just got the back room :(

This is a great area to stay. The square is fairly central to all the sights and in a great location to chill when you first get in town or if you're getting in late from tours. Samuel met us outside and showed us around. As long as you reach out ahead of time to let them know when you're coming you should be fine! WhatsApp helps to text them as you're in a different country and all.

It was really well located, right by the Duomo. Make sure to account for check in being at 3, there is no lobby so no one is there to great you. Regardless, very good customer service.

The stay served its purpose as you are in a central location in Florence. The room was clean and they offer coffee in the lobby as well as teas and water. I would not recommend using the property to get a shuttle from the airport as it cost about 40 euros more than when we independently booked a taxi on the way back to the airport. You may hear some noise at night as you’re in a central location, but that’s to be expected. Staff was helpful and friendly. If you have lots of luggage, the room we stayed in was a bit small, so it was a little crammed, but we didn’t spend much time in the room so we weren’t impacted too much. Overall, would recommend for a short or active stay in Florence.

The only bad thing was that, there’s no elevator, you have to use the stairs to go up, and it’s very inconvenient to go up with luggage, or if a person has problems climbs stairs. Other than that, the stay it’s pretty good, it felt like we were in a home. We saw the staff maybe once or twice.
