I would change the name of this motel because most people associate budget with second rate and this place was not. I felt welcomed, safe and secure in this perfectly positioned room.

Mold in the bathroom, sink does not drain properly, nor does the tub. I reported these problems and they are going to fix those things. I loved the bed! I have had 7 surgeries from the waist down and my back felt great after a good night sleep.

This is, as its name suggests, a budget motel. The bed was comfortable. The front panel of the A/C unit was dirty. Housekeeping was wonderful.

Good price for the time of year. Front desk staff was efficient and excellent. The basics of the room were cleaned but the carpet was pretty bad. Recommend replacing the carpet and treating the baseboards.

Our room had 3 queen beds and that accommodated our crew. There was a coffee shop around the corner which was really nice since the office didn’t open until 8am. Opposite end of downtown Durango so not walkable but close to City Market. We got what we paid for so I’m okay with it because the price was right. $568 for 5 nights.

I love Budget Inn. It's cheap and the employees are kind. I had a great stay, it was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Thank you Budget Inn!!! I'll only be staying here from now on when I go back to Durango.

Rooms were good. AMAZING Coffee shop next door. Pretty central to everything. Let's face it. It's an old building that is slowly getting repair. A nice influx of cash would really bring out the '50s style of this motor lodge. All in all...Noise was my big complaint. Cars are parked literally 3 feet from the door. On the upside...$210 for 3 people, 1 dog and 2 queen beds. I'd stay again.

This is an affordable option, however the proximity to the main road exposes the rooms to traffic noise. I've experienced worse but I've also experienced better.
