Not a bad place to stay. Only really negative thing was grab and go breakfast that was supposed to be available starting at 07. It was available the first morning, but no one was around when we left at 0720.

The highlight of our stay was the hospitality of the owners. They invited is to walk/hike in their “100 acre back yard” which included an overview of the valley below. Gorgeous. An older motel they are in the process of refurbishing. It will be a great memory

Great place to stay in the most charming part of Durango. Walk to dinner, buy a book, pretend to buy real estate (everyone needs a ranch in Colorado, right?), enjoy a wonderful evening using the Lodge as a stopover spot.

Great three-day stay while mountain biking

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The grab and go breakfast was nice. Parking was a tight but we managed to find a spot every time we came back to the hotel. It smelled a little musty in the hallway, but not in the room. We would definitely stay there next time we’re in town.
