The hotel property was very nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the bed was never properly made and the room housekeeping was never up to standards. For example, they changed a toilet paper roll but left the empty roll on the bathroom counter. The floors were never vacuumed during our 5-night stay. If the plan was to only pull the sheets up and replace the towels (like some hotels did during Covid), letting me know that so I didn't expect normal housekeeping would have been helpful.

Not happy!
The things that bothered us very much was that the hotel had a parking lot nobody else could use but charged $10 a night, and also charged $10 for each person for exactly the same breakfast that you get in similar class hotels, and it was even worse because there was no way to get waffles or pancakes because, as the attendant said, management had not given the ok to buy the machine. We could of course have gone to another place to get breakfast, this at least was voluntary, but not the the parking. And we were not informed beforehand of the extra charges when we made the reservation. Not happy! !

The one holiday Inn I'll never stay at again
We stay at holiday Inn express all the time and I've never been charged for breakfast or parking!! $10 was their favorite number! You want the same breakfast you get at every other holiday Inn express...$10 you want to park your car like you do at every other holiday inn express...$10. Plus they advertised as "DOWNTOWN" but it's a MILE WALK!
