The check-in process was outrageously slow. I know you had a lot of people checking in for homecoming week. We waited for over an hour. Really annoying after a long drive. You need a pre-check option or something else besides 1 person at the front.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!
No housekeeping after 1stt night. Called front desk, “sorry sorry blah blah blah” brought up clean towels NO HOUSEKEEPING SECOND NIGHT! Talked to front desk in person and asked for some monetary compensation. She said I’d have to talk to manager blah blah blah! I told her to call the manager, Janine, she did and Janine was suppose to call or email me. I have been home for 2 days -no contact from the elusuve Janine. Oh and breakfast was terrible-no yogurt, no milk, sausages were dried out patty I couldnt even cut, biscuts very crispy hard on bottem and dried out on too, and the gravy was a watrred down mess. 👎👎👎BAD BAD BAD! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT LAQUINTA!!!!!

Stay one night. Arrived late and went to sleep. It was quiet and got the rest we needed and left after breakfast. No complaints. They are extra for per person for guaranteeing your room not given away even though you paid up front and guaranteed payment with a credit card. That’s BS.
