The staff are great but just a very old hotel and it shows it.i know they do the best they can but for instance the breakfast area is the same as the checkin area about the size of an 8x8 room.you could use the towels for sand paper since they are so rough.even though the staff is great would probably spend a little more money and stay somewhere else.

Great place for the price in expensive Durango. Right next door, there's an electrical contractor and they have $0.06 an hour EV charging at about 8 amps all day except 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., most of the day you can charge for almost nothing!

Great front desk staff. They actually read my preferences / special requests and pointed out to me how they met those requests. My only negative was the ac unit did not have a FAN ON CONTINUOUS setting. The 7 minute cycling of the system made sleeping difficult.

The room was clean other than the thick mold along the sides and bottom of the air conditioning unit. Having to put a $100 deposit down when not having pets seemed odd. Not a hotel I would stay at again.
