Our room was clean, the staff was great, but we checked in late and were given a room on the second floor. My husband has arthritis and it is a challenge for him to climb and descend on the stairs. The breakfast was good and we would stay again but need the first floor room.

This may not be a new or fancy hotel, but it was nice and clean and felt safe. The customer service from the staff was some of the best I’ve seen in a long time! The hostesses / people working food area demonstrated genuine hospitality and concern for customers needs! Again A Customer Service!

Housekeeping keeps items that is forgotten.
We had to keep our shoes on in the room because the carpet was nasty and sticky feeling. The rooms seemed clean otherwise. I would recommend this place if it wasn’t for the dishonest housekeeping. My daughter left her headphones (sound canceling for her anxiety) in the room and we called as son as we noticed but “they weren’t found”.

Typical '50s-'60s construction with very little renovation. Multiple buildings surrounded a KFC chicken restaurant. Two story units, no elevator. Significant smoking section. Late arrival resulted in assignment to rarely used 2nd floor room with smoky odors directly above smoking units. One electrical outlet not functioning. Nicer budget hotel properties nearby. Bottom tier of other Best Western I have stayed at in recent years. Property doesent warrant 8.2 website rating.
