The property is actually confusing to get into the lot, but once found it's clean, well lit, and acceptable. Upon checking in a male staff member was standoffish,rude, and had other things to do so we were not a priority. A female staff came to take over and she was more pleasant but they seemed very rushed and like they didn't want to mess with us. We stood in front of the check in desk for about 5 min before the process of actually checking in started. Upon entering the room it was clean but smelled weird. Not enough to change rooms but definitely off. The water is extremely hot, to the point my sister burned her hand. Upon pulling the covers back on the bed I found a few things that led me to believe they didn't change the bedding at all and just remade the beds. Like lint and dark hair that wasn't mine. The property is nice, I think they just need to adjust some things. We didn't make it to the bkfst bc it's over by 9. When checking out the woman at the desk was very nice. The ice machine is hard to locate, their signage I never did find for it.

Prepaid for handicap room and for early checkin at 11am an extra $65 - arrived at 1:00pm room was still not ready - not sure why i checked in online and paid upfront and checked in night before to ensure these 2 things were available - only 2 things requested and both failed - was told these fees would be refunded
