Not clean. Needs remodel
Barely adequate for a 1 night stay. The room was not clean and the place needs remodeling. Crumbs in the carpet, torn curtains, furniture thats been repaired, stairwell carpeting dirty. Would not go back.

Our room smelled from smoke - they moved us but the ac cover was laying in the floor. Then gave another guest a key to our room. In the morning we had to ask for coffee and breakfast to be put out

Terrible experience!! There where roaches and TV didn’t work. The floor is dirty property unclean, and unsafe breakfast was prison food

Our air conditioner was blowing but would not cool the room off! Literally 80 degrees in our room. We had to prop the door open so the hall ac would come in our room. The desk said they couldn’t do anything about it or give us a discount and all rooms were full.

Room was fine. This was our second time staying here and our TV did not work on either visit. This was also a room for 6, however, they did not provide bedding for the pool out sofa bed. Most hotels with this setup have a blanket a pillows set aside for the use of the bed.

I paid for room through Expedia. On the morning after our stay the banged on door at 7:30 am daubing they needed a credit card for incidentals so my friend used hers. They charged $140 and it was not supposed to post but it did. I called hotel yesterday and a manager was to call me so I could get credit back in her card. No ine called. So we basically were double charged.

Waste of money!!!
Check in was ok, upon entering room, not equipped with towels and soap. Bathroom floor dirty, carpet in sleeping quarters is very dirty! Furniture is sticky, like it has never been cleaned. Lady who checked us in was polite & prompt. Her replacement was in need of training, for customer service.
