It's a chilled, hip place near everything - beach(es), eating, shopping - with committed staff, a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and spacious dorms.
I stayed in a budget single room. It's small but beautifully done, clean, with a window to the central courtyard, and a comfy bed.
The shared bathrooms are cleaned at least daily (and checked regularly in case of additional cleaning need).
The kitchen is extremely well equipped for a hostel and there's always a box with free pasta and rice.
Breakfast is complimentary and includes not only cornflakes and bread with jam but also fresh fruit and pancakes. Note, that coffee is not included (but available for about €1,50 at the bar).
Laundry is roughly €3.50 for a large bag (done inhouse).
There are daily events you can sign up for or ignore depending on how you feel. I did the Sunday morning hike, which was exhausting but also stunning.
Staff is always friendly and ready to advise on any question, from where to buy electronics to cute coffee shops to how to catch the bus to eSwatini.
WiFi is good
