So my first room was on the 4th floor and as soon as I opened the door, the stench that came out of the room was horrible. I couldn’t stand so I went and got another room. The room smelled way better, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t too bad. But I still found pieces of hair on the bathtub. Other than that the outlet/ lamp that’s on the table barely worked. You had to finagle it the way you would when you’re mp3 player headphones weren’t working. Not fun or safe.

Roach crawling on our door when we went to open the room right after the four hour wait to check in. Manager’s lack of concern was appalling. Staff laughed talked while my husband who just had surgery that morning waited. The new person that came on duty was worse. She popped him the entire time that she checked us in. The bed in 421 was NOT a true handicap accessible room. I’m in wheelchair and had to sleep on the floor. Nothing online or at desk said anything about $50 dollar deposit. I’m filing with BBB,every single app there is and the hotels website with my roach video and pictures.

Saw roach in bathroom and the staff did move my room but I was so creep out I just kept all my stuff in one spot. The folks down the hall were very noisy and someone had a dog that barked. After seeing that roach I was not eating the food so I did not do the free breakfast. Mold was everywhere. The beds were comfortable. Place needs updating.

The property was very dirty and I had roaches in my room. I checked out after 1 night and demanded a refund. The front desk told me all sales are final and no refunds allowed.

The manager didn’t charge extra for the room with the refrigerator and microwave. That was great! The maintenance person came to fix the light that was broken in the bathroom first morning

The property refused to allow me to pay for the deposit with a bank card from my online bank. It is a legitimate bank and yet they refuse to allow me to use it to pay the deposit after I had already paid for the room through your site. I would like my money back due to the fact that nowhere on the site does it state that I cannot use a bank card from an online bank to pay for a deposit and I would not have booked the room. Had I known that
