Book a hotel near Durlston Country Park, Swanage

"Very nice hotel. Room spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was varied and plentiful. One thing that was not good, hotels.com advertised our room as having free breakfast included, but when booking in we were told that this was not the case. We hope that we will receive a refund from Hotels.com, as this was still advertised on their site."

"The Mount is a beautiful attractive house set in an ideal location, within walking distance of the sea at Swanage and lovely Durlston castle. All the rooms are clean and well equipped many with large on-suite bathrooms. The owners have maintained it to a high standard and equipped it with everything for a super stay. The garden is great and secure for doggies to romp around. The pool table and music room are real bonuses. The house is warm and cosy with excellent Central heating and log fire if desired . I highly recommend this house for a lovely stay."

"Everything about the guest house was superb, including the en-suite bedroom and the breakfast. The hosts were so helpful and friendly, they even made our dog welcome with dog bowl, blanket, towel and treats in the bedroom. It was the perfect end to out fortnight's walking holiday on the South West coastal path and we would certainly stay at Taunton House again if we ever returned to the area. "
