Overpriced, basic but clean accommodation
Overnight business trip. Quite good location fro geeting to the old town, and the messe exhibition center by underground. Just extremly basic. No water or tea coffee making in the room. Soap showergel in 1. No other toiletries $210 for 1 night no breakfast inc. I feel its over priced

Wonderful one night stay. Close to public transportation and restaurants Not the most soundproof, could hear all other doors opening and people in the hallways but not a lot of traffic noise which was surprising as room faced a busy intersection Would stay again

Too hot in the room (not due to the weather). If you opened the window for air it was extremely noisy as next to busy road

Friendly staff It is a good hotel but It needs some improvement on comfort as the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also the Wifi just did not work Location about 10 min walk from Main train station. Not many restaurants or bars around, you need to walk to the other side of the station to find them.

It’s definitely a convenient hotel for business trips or budget trips. I can’t complain about the standards of the room when the price is low and the breakfast is okay value. Next to good transport links if you know your way around dusseldorf. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, some not as much. WiFi exists but does not work especially on the 4th floor. The room was a good size quite small for a stay longer than 2/3 nights. There were some strange stains and splashes, doesn’t look as modern in real life as it does in the photos but the beds were comfortable.

Excellent Value Hotel
Excellent value hotel. Quiet location but only a 10 minute walk from Hbf. Good buffet style breakfast. Very helpful staff. Only negative would be only providing one pillow per bed, although I’m sure if we asked, they would have happily provided extra. Danke

Fantastic Value
Staff were very helpful and all knew English. Room was comfortable and very clean. The Hotel may not be downtown, but is very close to multiple transit options. We had no trouble getting around the city.

Concert stay
A pleasant hotel outside of the Dusseldorf main centre. We chose it as we were going to a concert at the Stahlwerk which was about a 20 min walk away. The area itself hasn't got many restaurants and is also a little run down. However the hotel was clean and comfortable and good value. A bonus was underground secure parking. The buffet breakfast was fine for us as we had to set off early the following day.
