I highly recommend the hotel . Breakfast included which was delicious. Walking distance from the train station about 2-3 minutes. Staff is wonderful ! Rooms are spacious , beds and pillows are comfortable . I’d definitely stay again . This would be my go to hotel . Claudia provided excellent service during check in .

The staff incredibly polite and kind. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and quiet. Even though our room was facing the railroad track there wasn't even a hint of noise coming into the room. The only thing that the hotel can improve on is the size of its beds. Their queen beds are way too small, especially for such a spacious room. The breakfast was standard. I wish they had put the open bar items under a glass shield to improve hygiene.

The hotel was modern and well situated unfortunately it is located right next to the main train station and the view was of the platform and the noise during the night was horrible. We couldn’t have the window open to allow fresh air in. The toilet had marks in the bottom bend from the previous occupants. The doors to the main hotel are locked until a certain hour, thus meaning you have to have your key with you, but this wasn’t mentioned at any point on booking in.

Location is super close to railway station, Room is big enough for two people. However there’s some issues with cleanliness. There’s visible stains on the chair, the shower basin. Overall the hotel is average quality among others.

Impressed by excellent breakfast selection. This by far exceeded my expectations and is way better than your typical free breakfast in the US. The area around the Hotel is typical Bahnhof Viertel. If you can read this you know what I mean. We used the hotel as base for local Business trips that required Bahn, thus perfect location. Pro tip: wonderful Sila Thai restaurant 10 min away.

I'm a regular customer of this hotel, but I found it is not so good as before, the blanket and pillows are not so clean, when I get into the bed, I can see the dash flying out under the light, I got sneeze, coughing and allergy immediately.
