One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was AMAZING every single person you came in contact with went out of their way to make you feel welcome. If I could rate it more than excellent I would. Would go back to Dusseldorf again just to stay at this hotel longer.

Amazing experience, the hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. The hotel is set in a prime position and has a lovely atmosphere. We stayed for two nights for my husband to recover from a big operation , we’re so glad we did 😊
