Soooo hot
Stayed for 3 nights during the Euros tournament, prices are inflated as everywhere is in high demand. Worked out around £50 per person per night which isn’t too bad. Staff are excellent and all seem to speak very good English to make up for my limited German. Breakfast was nice each morning. Had to rush out on my final morning as my afternoon flight got cancelled so I needed a much earlier flight but breakfast was still out and the lady in charge was still friendly and had everything available for us. The room itself was fine, I booked a double but on closer inspection it stated a double with twin beds, not sure how that works. As it happens, you wouldn’t want a double in the heat as it was hotter than hell hence my 3* score. Even with a small fan and the window open, it was incredibly hot. Made sleeping difficult. Bathroom was a good size and shower was decent. 10 minute walk to the main train station and easily accessible for the airport, city centre and other cities.

Elevator was only up to #3, then there several steps, maybe 10 to drag all you luggage up, rooms from 400-500 showed up very confusing. No air conditioning, staff not very helpful or friendly, actually kind odd condescending, I would not recommend, also Hotel in a ver dark street, I did not feel safe there

worst hotel ever
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Was catching an early flight needed a room for a few house since we would go out and come back around 2am but had to leave for the airport at 5am. Took a shower and the room flooded they couldn’t do anything about it and was rude straight told us by the manager that it’s a 3 star hotel we don’t have money to fix things so we slept in a pool of water please save your money cause u get what u pay for. Don’t ever go through what we went through!

This is a very nice place to stay. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the main railway station, so that access to the airport and other locations is straightforward. The rooms are clean and very simple. WiFi and television are free. This is a nice place to stay at prior to flying out from Duesseldorf airport the next morning.

Great value no frills option
Hotel was clean and functional without any luxuries, which for the price was great value Great location for the train station as only a 5 minute walk. With the added bonus of a Rheinbahn VRR region unlimited use trsnsport day ticket for only 2 euro each which enables us to travel to Bochum for football and Wuppertal.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.
Just one night spent here. Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Plenty of space, beds were very comfortable and although a little dated, the place was spotlessly clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if in the area.
