Small, cozy, and colorful!
The hotel was small but cozy and quite colorful, which made it very cheery. My millennial daughter loved this hotel actually, while I found it a bit spartan in terms of the amenities. The free breakfast was superb and the free parking was also quite nice.

Very nice budget hotel.
Stay was great. Being that it's summer I found it a bit too warm - as there was no air conditioning unit but opening the window came with some respite.

Clean and typically German efficient hotel 👍
Very clean and effecient hotel with nice bright lobby and breakfast area. Lots of choice and good quality food offering for breakfast however for dinner there is a very limited choice of baguettes, soup or pizza yet the local town is easily accessible and about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Hotel was very expensive when I stayed but appreciate it was supply and demand due to Prowein Exhibition in Dusseldorf. Taxi to the hotel from the exhibition centre was 35 Euros having already paid 20 Euro’s to get there from the airport. However for my return I walked to the main train station which was about 25 minute walk and purchased a 6 Euro travel pass and simply got 2 trains back to the airport. I would stay there again as cheaper than Dusseldorf itself during the show.

Clean, friendly and everything worked.
It's an Ibis, so it's not packed full of amenities, but what's there is clean and everything works. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a simple buffet, but perfectly adequate, and everything seemed to be good quality. The location is quite a way from anywhere ... but only a 15 minute walk from the Swisshotel Neuss, where I was attending a conference.

Very disappointing hotel for the price. No restaurant which made it difficult to access food. Nice breakfast. I wouldn't stay again though.

Terrible hotel!
If I could give it negative stars I would. Let's begin by the horrible and loud kindergarten-ish decor and toddler sized sink that i couldn't even wash a pair of underwear in. There is no floor space so our luggage had to remain standing. Since there were no shelves or drawers (only about 5 hangers in the closet) there was no where to put away our clothes. We had to put the suitcase on the bed- get our stuff out, zip up suitcase, stand it up next to the bed- repeat times 12 in the one night we suffered there! The size of the work desk was a joke- doubtful it could even fit a computer on it! No air conditioning & it was about 78 degrees & very muggy. They had no fans for their patrons so my husband and I had to take a taxi just to go buy a fan. There are no restaurants or shops in the area unless you walk 20+ minutes to the city center. No store or vending machines to buy snacks or drinks even. The staff was rude, unfriendly and unapologetic for the temperature in the room. We wanted out of there and despite the fact that they'd jacked up the price by like 300% due to a conference in Dusseldorf that my husband was attending they refused to issue us any more than $77 refund on the $1300 we paid for 5 nights there. Not even one full night refunded! Because my husband was on a business trip & needed a comfortable room to work in we moved regardless. Expedia reps were great at assisting with the dispute & did everything they could to offer a refund (they covered some of our loss)

Decent student Halls style accomodation
The stay was acceptable. The hotel is decent for a budget price but due to the trade fair we attended this was the cheapest option and we still ended up paying centre of town 4 star prices. The rooms are decent but not overly comfortable. The bathrooms and general feel is similar to student halls.

Ok hotel. Didn't find bed too comfartable. Room was hot. Overall facilities are ok but didn't get good sleep. Loud drilling started no later thab 9am in the hotel, which is not ideal for the start of the day, and breakfast soundtrack
