Amazing experience, the hotel staff were lovely and welcoming. The hotel is set in a prime position and has a lovely atmosphere. We stayed for two nights for my husband to recover from a big operation , we’re so glad we did 😊

We arrived early (approx 12:00) and obviously understood that we would not be able to get the room key at this point but to complete check-in formalities. We were told to come back in about 1.5-2 hours and we would be able to get room key. We arrived back at 14:30 to be told the room was still not ready and were made to sit in the lobby until 15:00 when I was told the room was still not ready but as it was check in time a different room would be allocated. The staff were rude and unhelpful and could have allocated a different room hours earlier. An altogether not very nice experience as we just wanted to shower and change before exploring Dussledorf.

This is my second stay, the first time went flawless, however, this time, we had three rooms in total, in one of the rooms the doorbell was faulty and kept ringing randomly in the middle of the night, in another room, the kettle leaked and large amounts of water ended up on ou shoes and luggage. After mentioning this at check-out, there was no reaction at all form the staff, no apologies, not even a drink voucher or anything. This particular person was also not knowledgeable about the parking facilities in the touristic old town which I find surprising for hotel staff in a location so near to this touristic area.

Really nice location - Great lobby to work, and meet with clients. Unfortunately the 2nd floor where we can meet with some clients in a quiet area, there was not staff to allow us get coffee and drinks that were there
