Great central location in Altstadt. Convenient and walkable. Friendly & helpful staff. Particularly like to mention Leon @ FD who quickly took action and promptly addressed some room issues encountered during check in. High remarks for his hospitality, communication, efficiency, diligence and problem solving skills. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

Oh my goodness. This BEAUTIFUL hotel was so much more than I expected of a hotel..Just stunning. Breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to just about EVERYTHING....Will stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

A comfortable, charming property. Expensive but one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had. The hotel and bar isn’t affiliated with the hotel and it doesn’t open until 6pm, but plenty of options for restaurants that are within 10 minute walk. I had a wonderful massage in their spa.

Medici Gets an A
Gorgeous property! The service was great. Easy access to shopping areas, short walks to cafes and restaurants, and the old town. My only surprise was that the hotel restaurant was not open for dinner....maybe because it was a Monday night. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

Hotel in good location just off of the old town & the river ... very walkable area. Hotel itself is only 20min taxi from airport, nice grounds, smart professional staff, old style building with lots to see like visiting a stately home, nice size room, bed comfy, good shower. Breakfast had good options presented well. Short walk to underground, kings walk for some higher end shopping. Depending on your needs there are cheaper places to stay, but thought treat myself & i am glad i did & would defo want to stay here each time i visit Dusseldorf.

Lovely hotel in the historic center
This is an elegant historic hotel, built around a central courtyard in the heart of the city. It was quiet and the room was lovely. The front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions about exploring the city. I wish I could have stayed longer.
