I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Mirage]. The experience was far below any acceptable standard, and I feel compelled to highlight the numerous issues I encountered: 1. Dirty Room: The room was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival, with visible dirt and an overall lack of cleanliness. 2. Dirty Towels and Bathroom: The towels provided were stained and unhygienic, and the bathroom was extremely dirty, which made it impossible to use comfortably. 3. Rude Staff Behavior: The staff exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior, which added to the negative experience. 4. Terrible Management: The overall management of the hotel was chaotic and inefficient, leaving guests to deal with unresolved problems. Such a level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable and does not align with the expectations I had when booking with your establishment. I request immediate action regarding this matter, including an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you take this complaint seriously to prevent other guests from facing similar issues. I look forward to your prompt response.

Mir wurde ein früher check in versprochen bzw. Wurde über Email vereinbart letztendlich durfte ich erst ca. 1 Std nach der normalen Check in Zeit einchecken.. dann hat noch ein Mitarbeiter( er hatte Handwerksklammotten an) neben meiner Tür In Gang geschlafen und noch sehr laut geschnarcht. Das ging gar nicht !!! Habe mich auch recht unsicher dadurch gefühlt

Im Zimmer gab es kein Stuhl um die Bekleidung irgendwo hinzulegen. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Fernseher. Probleme beim einchecken. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Bekommen habe ich 2 Einzelzimmer. Das war zwar nicht schlimm, aber ein Einzelzimmer war noch nicht bezugsfertig.

Albergo in ristrutturazione e camere dallo stile un pó "superato". Tuttavia sono spaziose e comode. Pecche: reception non sempre disponibile, no tv in camera, soltanto una presa per la corrente nella stanza.

HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI

Otel' de giriş yaptığım zaman halen devam eden bir restorasyon çalışması vardı. Sürekli birşeyleri tamir eden elemanlar ortalıkta ve hatta asansörü içinde vardı. İnşaattan dolayı ortam oldukça tozlu idi. Odada TV ve buzdolabı yok. Otelin tren istasyonuna çok yakın olması ulaşım açısından bir avantaj olabilir. Otele 14.00 ' den sonra gitmiş olmama rağmen oda henüz temizlenmemiş idi. Personelin iyi niyetinden kuşkum yok. Ancak bence otel bu durumda iken ve böyle yüksek oda ücreti ile satılmamalıydı.
