Our holiday home, The Atelier, was originally made for an artist. The skylights, located on the north side of the roof, provide just the right daylight for an artist to work in comfort. We have converted the house into a guesthouse and so you can enjoy the beautiful light here as a guest. The Atelier consists of two rooms, a living room and a bedroom, both of which are more than 30 m² in size. Both open spaces can be closed by means of a glass sliding door. In the hall, which lies between the two rooms, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with sink and shower. The Atelier is heated by means of a pellet stove, which also heats the radiators.
The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed that can be used by one or two guests.
After consultation, one pet is allowed, the costs are € 30.00.
The Atelier is equipped with fast internet and an extensive interactive television package. This makes the Atelier also very suitable as a workplace.
Our yard is on the edge of the National Park Dwingelderveld. The Dwingelderveld is the largest wet heathland area in Western Europe. When you open the garden doors of the Atelier and walk towards the forest path, a nature area of no less than 37 km² of forest, heathland and fens can be enjoyed after a few minutes' walk. In the Dwingelderveld you can make beautiful trips on foot, by bike or on horseback.
