apartament w hotelu Diune bardzo przyjemny, czysty, wspaniały duży taras, kuchnia skromna, płyta indukcyjna z 2 punktami grzewczymi. Hotel znajduje się blisko plaży ok 50 m, w hotelu jest bardzo dobry basen, spa & wellness

Apartament 27 a nadaje się do remontu. Łazienka pod wszelką krytyką. Kabina z grzybem, ogromna pajęczyna nad lustrem i przy wejściu do łazienki. Pod zlewem wężyki mocowane na woreczek. Kanapy nie nadające się do użytkowania,zniszczone, piszczące. Panele podłogowe zużyte, każdy ruch słychać. Lampy popękane, bez żarówek. To tak ogólnie. Uważam , że w takim stanie nie powinien apartament być wynajmowany, dodając że mieści się w Hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym. Jedynym plusem był dostęp do kompleksu basenowego i saun.

Das Apartment war sehr dreckig, Bettwäsche nicht bezogen, keine Handtücher, keine Seife, die Möbel verschmutzt, Geschirr auch dreckig. Sind sogar ein Tag früher abgereist weil wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben

Wir waren ganz begeistert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Strand war direkt um die Ecke und auch dieser war super schön und sauber. Wir sind ganz begeistert von Atadt und Unterkunft und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort :)

Nie wieder VacationClub
Ab 15Uhr sollte eine Check In möglich sein aber leider wäre unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig und es würde bis 17Uhr dauern. 17 Uhr also wieder zum Check In mit einem mittlerweile sehr übermüdetem Kind von der langen Anreise aber nein das Zimmer ist natürlich noch nicht fertig. Also haben wir uns dreisterweise erlaubt die Sitzmöglichkeiten zu nutzen um auf unser Zimmer zu warten....das ging natürlich gar nicht weswegen wir direkt aufgefordert wurden doch gefälligst zu gehen weil unser Kind ja so laut sei....an Unverschämtheit kaum zu überbieten. 19 Uhr war es dann endlich soweit das wir unseren Zimmerschlüssel erhalten haben also schnell aufs Zimmer aber da die nächste Überaschung vor der Tür stand eine Putzfrau die anscheinend vergeblich versuchte ins Zimmer zu kommen. Na super also aufgeschlossen und das Zimmer natürlich noch völlig verdreckt....im Kühlschrank gammlige Wurstbrote die Bettdecke gelbe Flecken und vom Geruch gar nicht zu reden....super da bekommt man richtig Lust auf Urlaub. Im Übrigen waren wir auch nicht die einzigen Gäste denen es so ging und auch die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sind sehr geübt im abwimmeln von genervten Gästen also scheint an der Tagesordnung zu sein das man Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig fertig hat. Als Entschädigung wurden uns dann 10% des Preises angeboten was ja an sich schon eine Unverschämtheit ist aber selbst die 10% wurden bisher nicht ausgezahlt

Plusy: Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny. Lokalizacja super, obsługa Vaction Club rewelacja. Hotel bardzo blisko plaży, spokój, woda w basenie naprawdę ciepła, ratownik, ogrzewanie w pokoju, asortyment w kuchni rewelacja, Minusy: brak szlafroków (opcja dodatkowo płatna) tylko darmowe ręczniki na basenie a można zabrać te z pokoju (tej polityki nie rozumiem), brak zasłon w pokojach (wszystko widać po ciemku), wifi często wyłącza się, skrzypiące łóżko i drzwi balkonowe,

NIE POLECAM!
Niestety nie polecam tego apartamentu. Przy odbiorze kluczy przy zameldowaniu, nie zostaliśmy poinformowani, że balkonowa szyba jest zbita, zostały pobrane od nas zadatek w razie jakiegoś uszkodzenia.( Mieliśmy poczucie jakby ktoś chciał nas naciagnac...Co by było, gdybyśmy tego nie zauważyli od razu? Szyba zbita była w mało widocznym miejscu, za firana i zasłoną) kolejnym minusem jest wyposażenie apartamentu, jedna kostka do zmywarki na 5 dni pobytu, żadnej kostki do prania, kubki odliczone( 4szt.) Znajomi przyszli na kawę i nie mogłam łącznie zrobić 5 kaw...garnku niedostosowane do płyty indukcyjnej, patelnia również ( po co one tam wogole są?!?) Sofa w salonie do spania tragiczna, niewygodna, ledwo się trzyma. Nie wspomnę, że z przypraw była jedynie sól, więc wszystko trzeba kupić, z czym spotkaliśmy się pierwszy raz. W Kołobrzegu byliśmy 7 raz i był to najgorszy apartament że wszystkich. Kolejna rzeczą bylo zwarcie w puszce prądowej, Panowie którzy przyszli naprawiać spędzili u nas 2godziny, tego samego dnia o godzinie 23 zatrzasnął się zamek w drzwiach od łazienki..nikt go nawet nie dotknął, a po prostu się zatrzasnął przy zamykaniu samych drzwi, Pan naprawiał go ponad godzinę, w następnym dniu o 21 w głośniku alarm przeciwpożarowy, lecz w połowie przerwali alarm i okazało się , że jakiś dym w kuchni, który opanowali, straż jednak przyjechała. W hotelu brak ręczników na basen..za co 5 gwiazdek to nie wiem..ogólne wrażenia mało pozytywne, niestety już tu nie wrócimy.

L appartamento con ampio balcone pulitissimo é dotato di tutti i comfort si trova all interno del Hotel.Gli ospiti possono usufruire della piscina e una zona Spa (ingresso Sauna da 14+).Per i piccini cé un miniclub é un area giochi. A pochissimi metri una bellissima spiaggia e negozi. Consiglio di fare una passeggiata lungo la Promenada dove incontrerete bancarelle e locali carini dove poter mangiare a prezzi economici. É un posto veramente carino torneremo sicuramente

Positiv: Kleines Apartment bietet genug Raum Küchenecke Strandnähe Vergessener Gegenstand wurde vom VacationClub nachgesendet, das war hilfsbereit! Kleiner Hund kann gegen Gebühr mitgebracht werden Balkon Negativ: Check-in erfolgt nicht im Hotel Frühstücks/Abendessenraum wird Hotelgröße nicht gerecht (überfüllt) Personal an Hotel-Rezeption kennt sich nicht mit Vacation Club aus ("Ich glaube, ihr Zimmer ist in der zweiten Etage, aber sicher bin ich mir nicht") Kein Ansprechpartner vom Vacation Club im Hotel Hundegebühr recht hoch (15,-€ pro Tag) Zimmer teilweise nicht mehr im besten Zustand An Ausstattung fehlte ein Geschirrtuch, kleine Handtücher, ein Bodentuch im Bad,, ein Besen oder Staubsauger (wichtig, da es keine Zimmerreinigung gibt) Keine Möglichkeit, im Bad etwas an einem Haken aufzuhängen Feueralarm in der dritten Nacht Sprungfedern der Matratzen drücken teilweise sehr unangenehm Wellnessbereich entspricht dem Niveau eines guten Fitnessstudios

Wir hatten ein Appartement. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Das Personal hat eine kühle Ausstrahlung. Die Zimmer waren an sich sehr schön, großzügig, modern. Leider mussten wir mehrfach den Hotelhausmeiter rufen, weil z. B. der Herd nicht funktionierte, die Balkontür nicht schloss und das Schloß der Badezimmertür defekt war. Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Küche dürfe etwas besser mit Utensilien ausgestattet sein. Der Strand ist schön und sauber. In der Stadt und Umgebung kann man einiges angucken. Wir würden wieder kommen. Eine letzte Anmerkung: Checkin und Checkout für die Appartements Vacation Club finden woanders statt. Das hat uns natürlich nicht gefallen.

Przy rezerwacji trzeba pytać czy wszystko działa. Zrezygnowaliśmy z pobytu ponieważ nie działała płyta indukcyjna i nikomu nie chciało się przyjść naprawić ( zmarnowaliśmy cały dzień z czterodniowego pobytu na to aby ktoś pofatygował się zlikwidować usterkę, a i tak musieliśmy zapłacić za końcowe sprzątanie :(

Diune Apartments 13 lag vor einer Baustelle ,
Nach Rücksprache konnten wir am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Ap. umziehen. 2 Tage kein Wlan und 5 Tage kein deutsches Fernsehen . Die restlichen 5 Tage konnten wir dann in Ruhe entspannen . Das Hotel mit seinen Angeboten ist in Ordnung. Auch ein Handtuchwechsel sollte bei 13 Tagen Aufenhalt möglich sein .
