The beautiful Sorgente apartment is located in the quaint seaside village of Umdloti in KwaZulu Natal, Durban. With this property situated directly opposite Umdloti beach and having the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, groups of family or friends are bound to have the perfect summer getaway.
The sizeable fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher as well as a washing machine along with all kitchen necessities needed to cook up your favourite dishes. The kitchen and living space are separated by a countertop functioning as a dining area that seats 6 people comfortably. The lounge area offers a cozy environment and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Leading out from the lounge, through large glass sliding doors is a spacious undercover balcony with outdoor furniture and a built-in braai for guests to make use of while they enjoy the spectacular ocean views.
This apartment offers 2 modern bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom includes air conditioning, a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a basin, toilet and gorgeous walk-in shower and glass doors leading out onto the balcony which allows for an abundance of natural light and fresh sea air into the room.
