This was my first time in Minnesota and just because if the friendly, outstanding customer service my family and I received from this hotel. I will make this my go to hotel for my future trips. We arrived at about 8:30am on Saturday Sept 28 and the most accommodating lady with a great sense of humor made us feel welcomed,I want to say her name was Linda but I may be wrong and I apologize if I got her name wrong. Throughout my stay from the front desk to the housekeeping was EXCELLENT! Everyone speaks and smiles and I loved that! The room was just what my family needed with enough space and clean. I don't have not 1 complaint about my stay or trip period! On my last night we met Moody and he had outstanding customer service as well and went the extra mile to get our luggage out on FREE SHUTTLE to airport (plus FREE SHUTTLE I think within 5 miles radius). THANK YOU FOR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERYONE THAT WORKED THE WEEKEND NEEDS A RAISE 🤑Till next time🙋‍♀️

The staff was very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately when we arrived two of our television stations for our children did not work in which they had to watch our television. The cleanliness of the room was good. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. The pool water was very cold but took some getting use to once inside. We did have two spiders show up on the ceiling. Other than that our stay was good.

Decent hotel with gas stations and eateries around. Didn't have to hunt around for some place to eat or to fill up the vehicle. Swimming area was decent, the hot tube could have used a good scrub though. Breakfast was mediocre, but worked for s quick bite to eat before leaving (only stayed 1 night). Loved that they had cold water available at all times as well as multiple different tea selections and real honey to use with it.

We requested, well in advance, to have adjoining rooms and this request was not accommodated. The staff did not hold parents responsible for the behavior of their children and allowed them to run through the hallways knocking on other guests doors. The towels were washed with something that left a residue on them and that transferred on you when using them, wet or dry.

There were bugs on the pull out mattress and when we asked for a new one, there wasn’t a replacement. Hotel was full so they couldn’t give us a new room either

Booked for the size of the room for our family of 4 which was great with the seating area. We were on the main floor, can clearly hear footsteps from room above. Room had AC but there was no air exchange so room became stuffy very fast, no working fan in bathroom. The window was able to open small amount which helped. Pool was small which was okay for hotel of this size, hot tub was more like a warm tub.. Beds and pillows were good so overall comfortable place to stay with a family.

Pretty decent for the price. Was expecting more from the breakfast, room it feels like the carpet beeds more cleaning and the tub as well. Overall its ok.

While the staff did a tremendous job maintaining the facilities and hosting us for 5 days, there's much that needs improving. The hot water for hot tub was non existent from Tuesday to Thursday and there was no housekeeping other than taking our garbage and some of our towels. The AC in our room was garbage, and maintenance couldn't do anything. Overall, the people running the hotel were amazing, but the facility itself needs to be updated.
