Discover this 5-bedroom, 3-bath gem on a private lake in Eagle River. It's on an almost unheard of 3-acre peninsula. The house is positioned so as you can see the lake from every room in the house.

The original architecture of the cottage is honored, yet it's been updated with all the amenities. There are so many windows that you can sit inside and feel as if you are part of nature. You'll be cozy and comfortable without roughing it here!

Please Note: Dragonfly Point has recently returned to a previous owner, and thus the interior is getting a fluffing. These photos are the most recent update. Rest assured, all updates (new shower curtains, bedding, artwork) will be complete by December 1 and new photos will be posted.

This cottage can host up to 14 people with a king bed, 2 queen beds, a double bunk bed, and 2 full bed plus a pack and play, extra queen blow up bed, perfect for a group getaway. We also have an infant/toddler package that includes appropriate toys, dishware, a pack-n-play and a high chair.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a Cuisinart, blender, crockpots, coffee pot as well as a French press, coffee grinder, pots and pans, pitchers and platters and every tool you can imagine to cook a spectacular meal. Use the convection oven for baking bread or brownies! We have both a Big Green Egg (with cookbook) and a gas grill (set up from May 1 through October 15. There's a main refrigerator, plus 2 additional refrigerators in the dining room for beverages and snacks.

You'll have access to terrific WiFi, although the setting is so peaceful and there's so much to do, you can also tune out the world. The cottage is stocked with games, movies (no cable), kayaks, canoes, art supplies, books, two fire pits and even a hammock or two. There's a sand beach perfect for sand castles.
