I get it’s a cheap hotel but you’ve got to get the basics right. Internet was very unreliable. Hot water was intermittent.

Great Hotel in West London Close to Trains/buses
Had a great stay at this hotel. The bar next door is a blast and there are great places to eat nearby. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and water pressure was excellent. Breakfast buffet was good, and had good food.

The room and hotel were attractively decorated and clean. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough about the capacity that Kelly, front desk, displayed. She anticipated possible needs and stepped in without prompting.

Location is perfect for public transport and shopping. Lots of shops, restaurants and a cinema nearby. It has a nice park nearby. The room is nice and comfortable, would stay again.

A lovely place to stay in lovely Ealing. Super convenient near many places to eat, near Ealing Broadway with the Elizabeth line. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are pretty big for London with all mod cons.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It's a relatively small hotel....5 floors and 2 elevators. For our entire stay of 11 nights, one elevator wasn't working. And, for the entire time, we never witnessed any kind of repair / maintenance work being done to the out of order elevator. The hotel has a good sized breakfast room...but only 1 option for breakfast. That is, the buffet @ 14.50 GBP per person. Too expensive and too much food for our liking so we never took this option. The hotel needs to rethink their options, their use of this room....which outside of breakfast was seldom used by anyone.
