Charming Home
We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this location was excellent. Vivian thought of everything that you could possibly need here and everything was well stocked. Loved the vintage feel and my mother in law loves to quilt, so she really enjoyed all of the quilts. The Dove bars in the freezer plus the basket of goodies was a nice plus. We enjoyed playing the games that were in the house and the weather was perfect while we were there. We would love to come back and visit again. Highly recommend!!

Like being at HOME!
We had a wonderful family reunion in South Carolina and had the pleasure of staying at Vivian's VRBO. Everything was perfect, both inside and out! We did not have to purchase one extra essential item as the house was stocked as if family was coming! Even cookies were on the dining table and ice cream was in the freezer. My 88 year old Mom was with us and the handicap access shower made her feel very independent, safe and secure. We also have a small dog that loves exploring and she had the full run of a completely fenced in back yard. Perfect location, perfect host and a perfect time was had by all! We are planning on renting the house again in the Spring of 2025 and will be booking again soon! Thank you Vivian - we have been using VRBO for decades now and this was by far our best stay :-)

Sweet cottage with charming vintage feel
Absolutely loved this little cottage! Its perfect for a clemson visit as a quick shot down 123 gets you right to campus or the same distance other direction gets you to greenville for dinner. We especially loved the back deck. It was very hot the weekend we were there and the back deck remained pleasant and cool! The fenced yard was AMAZING for furry companions. Its a chain link fence and the owner has carefully plugged up the bottom so even the smallest puppers would not be able to escape!

Perfect Location and Home for 2 Sisters
My sister and I rented this home for 8 days. We just got home 2 days ago. We grew up in Easley, but live in TN now. In previous annual trips to visit family in the area we have rented vrbos and hotel rooms. But this was the most convenient location for us. I don’t want to brag too much about it, because we want it to be available the next time we want to rent it.

Home away from home
We had to move out of our home locally when our floors were being redone and stayed at Vivian's home. It was a perfect spot for us - in town, convenient, great yard for our dogs, and a quiet neighborhood just off the beating path.

Charming home
We were pleased with our stay. There were only two of us and our dog but plenty of room for more. Everything we could possible want/need was provided. The back yard was the perfect place for our dog to get out and run. I was impressed with the ease of check in and out. Communication with Vivian was perfect. I’ve stayed at some VRBOs that charge big cleaning fees and then expected us to do a multitude of chores prior to leaving. Not so here, just the basics were requested and we didn’t even have to strip the bed. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Perfect, pet-friendly property!
Just right for us! The property was cozy and comfortable, clean, and perfect for visitors with pets. The main bathroom looks freshly renovated (including a bowed-out shower curtain–nice touch!) and was stocked with fluffy new towels and nice soap. The kitchen is small but complete. There’s not a dishwasher, but you’re not going to be cooking gourmet meals, so hand washing is no problem. There was even a supply of water bottles in the fridge and Dove bars in the freezer, plus a basket of snacks and cookies! The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows and a lovely quilt on each bed. We were delighted to find a variety of jigsaw puzzles and games for several age levels. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Other pet pluses include a doggie door to the back yard, water bowls inside and out, a bag of treats, and cleaning products just in case. The table and chairs on the back deck were a favorite spot. Extras included lots of books, name-brand products (like Kleenex brand tissues), and two umbrellas by the front door. Highly recommend!

Perfect for gameday!
Perfect house and location for Clemson gameday. 15 min drive to the stadium. House was clean, perfectly stocked with any and everything, and had a large backyard for kids to play in. Location seemed like a safe and established area within Easley. Vivian was an excellent communicator and helped with an issue I had (was my issue, not her'). Would stay again.

Visit to Clemson
This property was the perfect location for us to stay for a weekend visiting our daughter at Clemson University. We were able to easily prep food to take to the tailgate prior to the football game, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house is in a great location and is exactly as pictured. We greatly appreciated all of the extras - great selection of K-cups for coffee, snacks, and bottled water in the fridge. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Vivian was quick to respond to our communications with her. We didn't bring our dog with us, but the fenced backyard is perfect for guests who do have a dog traveling with them. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning.
