The front desk staff were great but I felt unsafe in the neighborhood and the room. Was supposed to stay 4 nights but left after 1 night. Again the staff was great and helpful but safety was my biggest concern when I was travelling, with kids especially.

Really only stayed here as a last resort. Wasn’t terrible I suppose but had a prison / meth vibe to the place. Good to lay your head close to airport but nothing more.

The room was clean but small space. Had to watch TV from bed and asked for more pillows to sit up while watching TV. The staff was friendly and the bed was clean as was the bathroom. The toilet tank leaked in the tank and it kept refilling every 4 minutes which was disturbing while sleeping. The breakfast was all carbohydrates with no protein without eggs and yogurt as an example. Old bananas as the only fruit. Tough for a diabetic like me. You get what you pay for.

We showed up at the hotel at 1 AM, after I had sent a message saying that we would show up then. The computers were down, and the person working at the desk told us to have a seat. He said it would be five or 10 minutes and that the Wi-Fi was not working. After 15 minutes we talked again and he said it would probably be an hour. He never apologized for the computers being down and he did not seem to care. We left, returned when we could not find another hotel, and the computers were still down and so we left for good after that, drove 40 minutes to find somewhere to stay
