Bike & Ski Chalet in Amazing Location - Great for Groups and Families

A fun getaway for groups of bikers, skiers, hikers, and all visitors, perfectly located less than 10 minutes from Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails and downtown East Burke.

The building is a two-story chalet-style house with a large back deck and backyard with bonfire pit and ample space for RV and tent camping.

The interior is cozy and comfortable, with four bedrooms and eight beds, perfect for groups, families, and parties. ALL ARE WELCOME, including LGBTQ+, 420 enthusiasts, and pets.

The space
The floor-to-ceiling windows and the deck put you in the middle of the northeast kingdom with special views during daylight. When the sun goes down, fire up the bonfire and make memories with loved ones!

The house has a small footprint and the rooms are small and close together. Great for crashing after a long day and/or night, but you'll be in close proximity with whoever else is at the house.

The ground floor includes three bedrooms, all approximately the same size. Two of the bedrooms have a pair of twin beds and a single dresser. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a queen-sized bed. There’s one bathroom with bath tub and shower, a laundry room, and a small common area.

The second floor has a master bedroom with an attached bathroom with a shower. There is a large common area with a wood-stove in the center of the room, two large couches, and an open dining room and small kitchen area.

Walk through the floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor living room and you're on the porch, staring at Burke Mountain, less than 10km/5mi away. If you're here to mountain bike, you're less than ten minutes from the Kingdom Trail Centers at either Darling Hill or Mike's Tiki Bar.

There is a washer and dryer, a bike-wash (hose) and very fast WiFi. Please message me with any questions about local attractions or the area!

While renting the Green Chalet, you'll have the inside and outside spaces completely to yourself, including bike/ski storage in the garage.

There's plenty of room outside for 2-3 RV/vans, as well as tent-camping, but there are presently no external power or water hook-ups.

Other things to note
As of February 2024, there are ~20 chickens (and one friendly turkey) located on the property living in a coop underneath the porch.

The chickens will stay in their coop throughout your stay; however, winter guests can expect to hear chicken noises in the morning during their stay.

The location is 420-friendly and will have CBD hemp plants growing in the backyard during your stay.

We will be happy to share our CBD hemp and THC marijuana with visitors, we just ask you not to damage the cannabis or the tea plants growing outside!
