Lakehouse in the heart of Georgia with huge backyard

Relax in this farmhouse-style lakehouse with a 1-acre fenced backyard, perfect for sitting around the fire pit and enjoying the fresh, country air. Directly across the the front yard is the pathway to the private dock and screened dock house. Guests can enjoy fishing or sunbathing from the dock (HOA restricts boat or kayak use by guests.) The screened dockhouse is waiting for you to enjoy an afternoon picnic.

The house is equipped with fiber internet, making it possible to stream your favorite shows or gaming. USB ports are located in each bedroom and throughout the house.

Incredible restaurants and fun local shops round out a vacation stay with food and fun. Come back home to one of the electric fireplaces (with or without heat) and enjoy family time with one of the board or card games, or take a bike ride around the neighborhood and unwind.

Explore a day trip to all kinds of places and come home to a relaxing evening at the lakehouse. Macon 45 minutes; Augusta 1:15 minutes, Athens 2 hours, Savannah 2 hours, Atlanta 2 hours, Charleston 3 hours.

Amazing lake house
We chose this location due to the closeness to our son and daughter-in-law’s house. We absolutely LOVE this house. The location couldn’t have been more serene with the lake across the street, quiet neighborhood, and the wildlife that enjoys visiting (we had a group of 8 ducks come and visit). The house itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable with all the needed necessities. Communication with the owner was top notch. This house exceeded our expectations. Thank you! We look forward to future visits and staying here again.

We received a text with all the important information about the house,things to do,restaurants,etc.We enjoyed the our stay it was very comfortable,very clean,great neighborhood. Adorable Bungalow
This property is absolutely amazing!!! The view of the lake, the spacious yard, the games for the kids, the heated chairs, electronic fireplace, comfortable beds, and cleanness of the house is just right for a relaxing weekend get away. The neighborhood is quiet and the only thing we could hear were the crickets and frogs !!! We will definitely rerun again!!

This was the cutest lake house! Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament at the Southern Pines recreation center. We stayed Friday through Sunday and it was perfect. The bedrooms were cozy, the kitchen was nice to be able to cook dinner, and there are two living room areas to lounge in. The lake is right across the street with its own dock perfect for fishing. We will be back! Thank you for having us.

I’ve traveled to Dublin a lot in the past 6 months and this is the best place to stay that I’ve found so far. Definitely don’t waste your time and money on one of the many overpriced and inconvenient hotels that I’ve stayed in.

Perfect Oasis
This is such a tranquil home. The lake is across the street and the dock provides a great place to end the evening. The home itself is a great size and is so comfortable. We didn't use the backyard, but it is massive. We definitely plan to book again.

Great Spot
We rented the house for the weekend in March. Great house, very clean, and big backyard. The lake is right across the street with a beautiful dock, the girls fed the pet ducks. The owner of the home was amazing to work with and provided local information for lunch / dinner. We hope the house is available next year!

Perfect for our short stay
This house was perfect for us. We were in town for the USFA Fastpitch Softball Fall World Series. It was a 23 minute drive to the Southern Pines where the games were held. The lake is directly across the street from the house and my son and I woke up and went fishing every morning before heading to the ball park. The beds were comfy and the coffee bar was perfectly appointed. I had my morning coffee on the dock! Asena was awesome to to talk to and had great follow up. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!
