Staff were super friendly Price was super low compared to Galena and even other Dubuque/E Dubuque properties. Next door to Timmerman’s supper club which is delicious Beds were super comfortable Room had microwave and fridge I’d stay there agaon

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The room was clean and quiet, and the rates were very affordable. It is an older hotel and could use some updating. Several of the outlets in the room didn't work, including the USB port in the lamp base. The bathroom is extremely small. However, it was a quiet location, the staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

I like the place is clean . The only a little problem is the bathroom . So tight the door and the toilet bowl is too tight actually you can’t close the door if you already seat on the toilet. You need to push your legs inward

Property was easy to access and the cost was decent for the area and a last minute rental. The elevator was a little sketchy so we took the stairs each time. The ice machine on our level did not work but the one below did. The indoor pool and hottub were not open or clean that they would be used. And there was a blood stain on our bedding. Breakfast was the weakest I've ever had. It was literally a loaf of bread, butter, cream cheese and 2 bottles of water. That's seriously it. The juice machine was off and everything else was completely empty.

This property was just as described. Nothing fancy but was great for us! Room was quiet and comfortable. Loved that Timmerman’s Supper Club was walking distance. All the things we wanted to do were just a bridge away. We’d stay again!

It's not modern or fancy, but is very clean - white sheets, towels. bathtubs, toilets seem to be newer - very white and clean. walls and carpet seem to be newer. fridge and MW clean. Also, i liked that windows can be open - so, we slept with fresh air (and did not need the AC or did not inhale the old air.

Excellent Customer Service
The room was clean. The bed was firm and new. The microwave was unplugged and unable to use it because there's nowhere to plug it. Bathroom was also clean but very tiny. The doorknob needs to be fixed because it was loose and coming apart. The lady from the reception office was really nice and shared information with guests after checking in.

Was told after we checked in and paid that the pipes were rusty and to let them run a little to get the orange color out. For breakfast they advertised pastries and coffee. No thanks on the coffee offer if made with rusty water and no pastries. Only some opened bags of bagels and community containers of peanut butter and cream cheese. Place old but it was clean. Wish it had an exhaust fan in bathroom.
