Front porch faces woods, property is large and well shaded but also gets alot of sun. Central A/C. Large spacious kitchen area open to living room, great for entertaining. Fire pit outside for chilly nights roasting marshmallows under the stars.

Great Stay and Great Host
We really enjoyed our week at Nancy's home in East Hampton. The house is in a great location - easy to everywhere we wanted to be. The property is private with a beautiful pool. Nancy could not have been nicer. She was both proactive and responsive and did everything she could to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Great summer getaway
We really enjoyed our two-week stay in Nancy’s house in East Hampton. Very convenient location, house was comfortable and had everything we needed on a nice quiet property with a great pool. Nancy was extremely responsive and helpful and a really good host.

Great pool and location
I rented Nancy's house for two weekends in August and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was beautiful and clean. Also in a very convenient location close to town. The pool was fantastic. Nancy was great to work with and always quick to respond if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again.
