The girl at the front desk checked us in but wasnt aware that our room wasn’t even completed. Door had been left open bed wasn’t fixed hair dryer was still out. So we went down and let her know where she had to give us an upgraded room which she wasn’t happy about. She also forgot to tell us about the times of the breakfast. We got there at 9.40 and it had already been cleaned up. We were a bit disappointed this time.

Hello I am very disappointed with my stay. First the room smelled of onions and body odor Second the whole first floor appears to be filled with drug addicts and alcoholics and they appear to be not just guests but more of a low rent flop house the whole facility was dirty I didn’t feel like I wanted to share the pool or the hot tub with anyone I saw staying there. I will never come back to this hotel!

Not as advertised!!
We did not get the room as advertised. Supposed to get 2 queen beds with sofa bed. Went to front desk and was told that their kitchenette did not come with sofa bed ( so why the heck did you advertise as such?) She also added that I was the 5th person today to complain about this…. REALLY???!!!! Sounds like a refund to me.
