"The bathroom was. nasty, the bathroom was never cleaned including the shower, sink and everything else. Also the kitchenette was terrible with nasty old pan and smell like toilet. The AC is not cold enough is just stay a little cool but you have to use the ceiling fun in order to keep the room cool."

"Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. Enjoyed the daily events & activities. "

"Apartment dirty upon arrival: no cleaning or bed linen changed after the last visitor; all furniture damaged and stained; insect nests incubating in the soiled curtains in the living room; one wall-mounted kitchen cabinet detached from the wall; only 3 dining room chairs with dirty and stained cushions; chewing gum stuck to a bed sheet; unsuable pots and pans; broken toaster; greasy, dirty stove ventilation with torn filter; storage space mainly used by host; balcony full of incubating insect nests with ripped and dirty balcony chair cushions; constant loud music in the pool area; broken water heater; broken toilet flush in master bedroom. Velero # 206 is a large, bright apartment full of potential. However, a deep cleaning and a complete refresh are essential.The host did his best to correct the unpleasant situations. However it was a huge disappointment and a trauma that took time to pass. Cadaques Caribe is a famous resort, it is a question of finding suitable accommodation."
