The room smells like dead fish, carpet needs replaced, no soap, the towels had hair in them. This place should be shut down, it’s really sad to pay these prices to sleep in a stank motel- because it’s not a freaking Hotel

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, the carpet was wet. Proba and feom the AC. This left a mildew smell in the room.

Pleasant check in woman and helpful with nearby restaurants. Almost forgot my phone cord and housekeeper called out to us and gave it to us! Looks like a popular spot for fishermen to stay!

The person attending at the front desk was rude and don't helpful on try to solve the mistake when reserve a smoke room, and try to switch to a non smoke. also the room was dirty, with bugs and cigar ash inside, the odor was impossible to stay inside, when try to claim about it, the clerk close all the doors and hide inside the building to avoid any contact and reject to provide the supervisor information. At the end I sleep inside the car, but He don't accept to refund my payment. I'm fighting with Expedia this issue.

It really is a hidden gem. The only problem…they don’t have enough towels on Sunday. Everyone else except the Sunday evening staff was great. I mean seriously how could you not have any towels for a shower and when you give us a hand towel and say that’s all I got… that’s our only complaint, I’d give it a four out of five.

Our handicap accessible room was very nice. The bathroom was one of the best. The shower was so easy to access. The breakfast was very good also. The lady at the front desk was so nice and the lady preparing the breakfast buffet did a great job.

It was a nice stay! They could update the carpet and some furniture. I didn't want to walk barefoot on the carpet, and some of the chairs leather was ripped. Other than that it was great! Definitely would go back, and definitely recommend staying here if your a smoker and need a room for the night in palatka! Cleanest smoking room I've ever had! It was an awesome mini birthday get away!

Older motel but perfectly functional facilities. Comfortable rooms carpet was definitely old and a little stained. Breakfast was minimal by BW standards. Carbs selections were minimalist.
