Gave us room went there the room had people belongings in it. Gave us another room it was filthy. Looked like blood on curtains floor was not clean coffee maker was broke. Breakfast next morning looked great eggs hash browns biscuits and gravy. Only problem it was not hot. Would not recommend

Arrived checked in and found room was not serviced and in a very dirty and smelly state. This trip was a surprise gift for my 9yr old daughter and we had to wait 3 hours until after midnight to get the room serviced . Tim the manager was exceptional in assisting, as was the housekeeper who eventually serviced the room. However, the other reception staff were very unsympathetic and unhelpful. Instructing us to find alternative accommodation as they were sold out and could not help - this at minutes to midnight on a Friday

There was a dog show next door that we weren’t made aware of, dogs everywhere. We were on the riverfront with no walking paths nearby, but across the river. The room next to us had a dog that cried and whined all night. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but this time sucked.

I felt gouged to be charged $13-14 for parking. If you can't provide parking spaces for your guests, don't build a hotel there. I wouldn't stay there again when I visit friends in Peoria. Breakfast was excellent.
