Definitely not worth the amount we paid!! Way over priced, Old, outdated, workmanship non existant. Fridge was that loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Cracked basin. Dishwasher not working. Just so badly upkept. And for that price, never again!

Dirty vinyl floors. Looked like it hasn’t been mopped prior to us staying. And there’s cockroaches in the cupboard and dirt. Just poor condition all over.

Overall the room was old, the bathroom has no shower recess, which meant the bathroom flooded, and the water flowed out to the bedroom carpet, and the bathroom became very slippery. No bench space in the bathroom. And the lights flickerd constantly.

The beds were very cheap, hard as a rock. Could not sleep for the 2 nights there. Also the photos online do not look like the room we got. The bathroom was for a disabled person and the ties grout was black. When asked for wine glasses 2 times, didnt get them until the next day in the afternoon. The street was very loud. Would rather stay at YHA.

We asked to change room as the room we were given was terrible. Torn laminate on vanity in bathroom and the track of the shower screen was moldy and the door was broken on the trough. Even add to wash the dishes before use as they had food stuck on them It is time to spend some money on renovating as the last 2 time we have stayed at Mont Clare the apartments have been horrible. We have had family staying at the same time and they go a beautiful renovated room so we know the rooms are there we just never seem to get a nice one. Probably won’t come back again.

Not at all impressed with this place. Did not get the room we booked. Condition of property we did get was poor. Bathrooms not to a reasonable standard of cleanliness. Consider this a second rate property and will not be using again. A bit of a dump to be frank.

AC cover off, serviced and cleaned during our stay at 4pm Pool out of service - not informed prior to stay Fridge leaking from the back onto the floor Wifi wouldn’t connect, 3 further passwords given Could only use Netflix or YouTube if had a dongle, not informed prior to stay Bathroom sink tap wouldn’t turn off completely Using the shower hose in the bathroom, doesn’t turn off the tap to make it separate and just flow into the hose Bath was extremely slippery Location was good but overall, poor communication and definitely needs an update!

Pool was not in use- but was not informed of this, kids very disappointed. Room states king bed- was 2 singles pushed together. Room very dirty- shower had hair in it (not ours!), bed sheets were not tucked in, only laid on bed, dining table chairs stained, air con was not cold. No information in room at all regarding free wifi code or attractions in and around Perth. Very unsatisfied and would never stay again.
